what maintenance services do we offer?

Regular maintenance and cleaning of your soft play equipment, indoor playground, trampoline park or sensory equipment is essential to your business and is often a benchmark of how your customers perceive your business and a contributing factor on venue choice impacting on repeat visits.

As a operator you have a duty of care to ensure that your equipment is in a safe condition prior to use on a daily basis, and often there is a requirement for at least a single inspection and service visit per annum in-order to comply with current British Standards, and example would be BS 1176.10 where the requirement states that “In order to comply with BS EN 1176 (Part 10), your soft play area must be inspected annually by a competent person with industry knowledge and experience”  As leading experts in the field, we recommend a minimum of two service visits per annum in order to preserve the quality and safety of your investment.
